Shipping Policy

1) Tracked Priority Delivery (Worldwide)

We offer worldwide tracked priority shipping — no hidden fees, no surprises.

Please note: during peak periods, customs processing or local courier delays can add a few extra days. If your shipment is significantly delayed, we will email you with an update.

These are typical transit times once dispatched. Remote areas may take longer.


3) Order Processing & Cancellations

To get your kit dispatched as quickly as possible, orders move into processing shortly after they are placed.

For this reason, we cannot guarantee cancellations or changes once an order has been submitted. This includes changes to items, quantities, or delivery details.

If you no longer wish to keep your order, please wait for delivery and then submit a return request in line with our Returns Policy.


4) Tracking Your Order

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking link.

Please note: tracking typically becomes active after the parcel is handed over to the international carrier, and the first scan can take 2–4 business days depending on the shipping lane and destination.


5) Taxes & Duties

UK customers: All taxes are included at checkout, so you should not be charged any additional fees on delivery.

International customers: Where available, we prepay/collect taxes and duties in advance to minimise surprises and reduce the chance of parcels being held at customs. In some countries, local import rules may still require duties/taxes to be collected by the courier on delivery. If this applies, it will be shown at checkout or in your order confirmation where possible.


6) Tracking Shows “Delivered” but You Haven’t Received Your Parcel

If tracking shows Delivered but you cannot locate your parcel, please contact us within 48 hours and include:

  • Full name

  • Order number

  • Delivery address

Before we can take action, we may ask you to:

  • Check with household members/neighbours

  • Check any safe place / building reception area

  • Contact the last-mile carrier if available

If the carrier provides proof of delivery to the correct address, the order will be considered fulfilled and is not eligible for a refund. If there is evidence of a delivery error or irregularity, we may offer a one-time replacement at our discretion.


7) Returns

If you’d like to return your order, please use our Contact Us page to initiate a return request in line with our Returns Policy.

Once we have received your products, your payment will be refunded.
